The resort can host 60 delegates corporate events which require night stay. The day events can accommodate 400-500 persons.

Conference Package Ramshehar Fort Resort

  • Rs.7500/-+tax per room per night on Single sharing (AP) Basis ( Excluding Maharaja Suite)
  • Rs.6000/-+ tax  per person per night on Twin sharing (AP) Basis
  • Rs.5000/-+ tax.  per person per night on Triple sharing (AP) Basis


  • Conference arrangements complimentary in each room.

o    up to 100 seats in theater style

o    45 seats ("U" / square shaped)

o    15 seats for high profile corporate heads meet.

o    Overhead projector, slide projector, TV Audio, Flip board etc. with folders and pens. 

  • Welcome drink on arrival

Any other services will be extra as per resort rates:-

  • Soda, soft drink, Mineral water Per Bottle as per menu rates.
  • During conference serves the mineral water will be charged as per menu. rates. However water served through Dispenser is not chargeable.
  • Liquor 50 % extra on M.R.P.+ VAT/Tax
  • Use of Wi-fi Rs.1000/- per day
  • Non Residential Conference @Rs.2000+VAT/Tax per person.Includes  Mid Morning and Evening Tea with cookies during conference. One Lunch or Dinner with one Non. Veg dish.
  • Conference Hall Charges Rs.10000/- per day+Vat/Tax for Non Residential Conference Minimum 20pax.
  • For a group of 50 Pax  Non Residential Conference Hall Complimentary.


50 % advance  at time of the  confirmation of booking & rest before Check out. Cheque drawn in favour of Abhimanu Adventure resorts pvt.ltd.  or Cash be deposited in Current Account No.31439801515, IFSC Code SBIN 0002452.

Out of state hard drinks are not allowed in Resort


  • Check In  / Checkout  12:00 Noon.
  • Reservation is done through our Central Reservation office.
  • Reservation amount to be paid in advance at the time of confirmation of the package either by cash/cheque.
  • Bone fire on demand on extra payment.
  • Applicable Govt. Taxes are chargeable extra on the above rates.
  • Uses of Swimming Pool/SPA facilities will be charged extra for Non Residential Conference.
  • Any Payment due upon check-in & all other extras to be settled at the time of checkout.
  • All the meals will be served in the restaurant. For any service required to be served in the room 20% will be charged extra as room service.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30% cancellation charges if the reservation is cancelled 10 days before the CHECK IN DATE.n
  • 50 % cancellation charges will be applicable if cancelled 3 days before CHECK IN DATE.
  • 0% refund will be applicable if cancelled after 3 days before CHECK IN DATE.
